It belongs to the Minimal Pattern series of sparsely dressed nymphs that use a reduced amount of material to give a general impression of several insect groups. This green variant covers another part of the color spectrum.
The slim green body looks natural despite its simple construction. Tied barbless, it's fished dead-drift and works as a reliable general-purpose nymph for trout and grayling.
