Light Bright Prince Nymph Yellow
LFT-N13.14Description
The Prince Nymph traces back to an earlier pattern by brothers Don and Dick Olson, which California fly tyer Doug Prince of Monterey further developed around 1940; fly-shop owner Buz Buszek later gave it the name Prince Nymph. This Light Bright variant in yellow swaps the classic biot wings for shimmering flash material.
The bold, bright color makes it easy to see in changing or low water. Tied barbless, it's fished deep or as part of a multi-fly team, and has proven itself in numerous color variants ever since.
Fair Trade, Full Circle
Your flies are tied fairly, with the best materials. "Fliegenfischen mit Herz" is building a base for women in Nairobi. The women there own and run the tying workshop themselves, giving them economic independence, pride in their craft, and joy in their customers. Let's work together toward a more balanced world.
