BH Lightning Bug Red

The Lightning Bug was developed in 1992/93 by Larry Graham, a guide on the Yakima River in Washington. He used materials new at the time - brass beads, Flashabou, and pearlescent mylar - for a pattern originally intended for the Yakima River that quickly spread across Western streams. This red variant follows the classic, glossy build.

The slim, glossy body with UV-reflective accents and the gold tungsten bead provide a fast sink rate and strong visual triggers. It's fished close to the bottom and is a proven choice in deep pools and fast-flowing water for trout and grayling.
