Polypupa
LFT-N33.12Description
No documented origin or inventor can be traced for the Polypupa. It imitates the rising larva of the banded caddisfly just before hatching.
It's especially interesting to fly fishers in spring and autumn and is often used successfully in fast-flowing water. Tied barbless, it reliably produces trout and grayling.
Fair Trade, Full Circle
Your flies are tied fairly, with the best materials. "Fliegenfischen mit Herz" is building a base for women in Nairobi. The women there own and run the tying workshop themselves, giving them economic independence, pride in their craft, and joy in their customers. Let's work together toward a more balanced world.
