Larva

No documented origin or inventor can be found for the Larva. It imitates the larval stages of various aquatic insects in general, particularly caddisflies.

Its slim body is fished close to the bottom and dead-drift, to imitate insect larvae on the riverbed. A proven, versatile pattern for trout and grayling.
