No documented origin or inventor can be traced for the Grayling Torpedo Olive. It belongs to a series of modern, torpedo-shaped nymphs developed specifically for grayling fishing.
The slim, streamlined shape makes it sink fast and turns it into an excellent grayling fly - trout often can't resist this bite either. Tied barbless, it's fished deep; this is the olive version.
